Electrolux fryers feature a deep drawn v-shaped well. The interior of the well has rounded corners for easy cleaning. Fryers also have external heating elements for easy cleaning of the internal well. Thermostatic regulation of oil temperature brings the temperature up to a maximum of 365 °F (185 °C). Fryers have overheat protection standard on all units. There is an oil cleaning device located in the compartment below the well. All major compartments are located in front of unit for ease of maintenance. Fryers are constructed with a heavy duty internal frame of “304 type stainless steel”. Fryers also feature the “Lasertec connection system” which creates a seamless work top when units are connected to each other. Fryers come in electric or gas models. They also come in one or two well models with either a central island type installation or with a raised rear c-board for against the wall or back .to back unit installation.
