Electrolux Induction Ranges feature a glass ceramic cooking surface with 2 independently controlled induction zones with a power of 5 kW per zone. Each cooking zone is composed of two induction coils. Almost the entire surface of the ceramic plate can be used without dead spots. Induction ranges feature an on indicating lamp for each zone which is located on the control console. Ranges have fast deployment with full heating power immediately. Furthermore they have low heat dissipation into the kitchen. Power to the individual zones can be set with fine regulation at the lower levels and larger progress at the upper levels. The smooth, glass ceramic plate is not directly heated, so there is no burning on cooking surface. Induction ranges are constructed with heavy duty internal frame of 304 type stainless steel. A feature known as the Lasertec connection system creates seamless work top when units are connected to each other. Models come either as 2 zones ranges or four zone ranges. Ranges have either a central island type installation with operations from one or both sides. They are also available with a raised rear c-board for against the wall or back to back unit installation.
