The double-skin structure limits heat dispersion into the working environment keeping temperatures within the cooking vessel. An easy to use control panel equipped with an electronic microprocessor makes it possible to program the temperature, cooking time and starting time and to activate the “Soft” and “Hold” functions in order to switch from temperature control to power control. The machines are equipped with HACCP setup and a self diagnostic system, which uses an acoustic signal and error code to inform the operator of any issues. The kettle models include tilting kettles, tilting kettles with motor for stirrer, and the tilting cook and chill kettles. Cook and chill kettles or CHILLtherm® is the new Electrolux kettle. These kettles feature an integral cooling system that allows owners of this equipment to carry on the whole Cook and Chill process, using only one product rather than the traditional appliances. This product offers the possibility to boil, chill, store and reheat food, without frequent filling and emptying operations.
