All Electrolux pasta cookers are built to last with construction features such as an AISI 316 stainless steel tank, which is the maximum in corrosion resistance. Besides the tank, the rest of the equipment is constructed with stainless steel and features IPSX splash water protection (NEMA 4 equivalent) which means that it is constructed to provide a high degree of protection to personnel against incidental contact.
