They also have a built-in compressor to suit operating conditions. Freezers are suitable for use in ambient temperatures of up to 110 °F (43.33 °C). They feature a touch pad selection for setting the appropriate temperature and humidity. Freezers have an electronic microprocessor control with external digital temperature display. They also feature forced air circulation for rapid cooling and even temperature distribution. All events are recorded, displaying, date and time. A memory function stores the information for working even when a probe failed.
